WorkZone Standalone

Work Zone Standalone is SyncIt Group’s smart application, a prototype version based on the idea behind the I’m Here App, for logging employees’ working hours. All you need to do is download the App, spend a few minutes customizing it, and enjoy the many benefits of the automated way of checking into/out of the office. No special QR codes, expensive check-in software systems with losable cards… Just one simple App based on two completely free technologies - GPS technology and Geofence technology.

The App is highly customizable, which means that you can set it up based on your preferences. It is made thoughtfully, bearing low battery consumption in mind.

Define a zone by drawing a map around the desired location, i.e., your office. You can assign a color to the zone and the icon of your company in order to make it unique.

When you enter or exit the predefined zone, you will immediately get the notification on your mobile device. You can be creative and choose the content of the notifications, like “Good morning and welcome to the office!” and ”Goodbye and see you again tomorrow”, or you can stick to the basics and use “You entered the work zone” and “You exited the work zone”.

The workdays can also be defined by selecting the days either from Monday to Friday, from Tuesday to Saturday, or whichever other combination of days suits your business needs best. In case of holidays or absence, you can always unselect specific days.

Add starting hours and ending hours using the 24h format. An AM-PM format can also be implemented. By setting up the workdays and the working hours, you limit the App activity, which saves your mobile device’s battery. This is why the service is not available outside of business hours unless you check in manually by clicking on the “Sync Now” button.

You can easily manage your login history. Just swipe up from bottom to top, pick a date and browse your activities or simply view the current day activities. Even when you delete the zone and create a new one, all of your login histories will remain saved.
